I hope by now you would already have calculated the amount of calories intake you need per day. haha..Today, i will touch briefly about what kind of food to eat before all the numbers.. When choosing between protein, carbonhydrates and fats..--> of cos fats are the most deadliest towards gaining that extra layer of meat around your tummy.. (oops...i guess i forgot this when i was munching on the ba gua)...So please take with CAUTION!! haha..try not to touch them as much as possible. but do not totally ignore them because you body needs certain level of fats. :)
To choose between protein and carbo, it is better to eat protein because you will lose all the protein(by poo poo-ing) that u intake if your body do not use up watever u take in. However, if u eat carbo, the excess unused energy will be convert into fats and being stored in your body for further use. That explains why all the feasting leads to big tummy..
Anyway, when people say that it is not good to go without food totally, there is a reason. When you do not eat, but your body still needs to function, your body will use the stored fats that you have and convert them into energy. However, by converting them from fats to energy will release toxic into your body. Thus the more you don't eat, the more stored fats are being converted, the more toxic are released into your body.
To the next part of the jian fei, exercise.. Hmmm, i muz say that whatever i had suggested, i had nv done it myself before, so....hee..shows how difficult jian fei-ing can be and how determined you need to be to jian fei..
Things you can do if you have no time to jian fei.. 1. Take the stairs, both up n down, when going out n coming home. 2. Standing while in the train/bus and waiting for train/bus.. 3. Do light exercises while watching tv. 4. Exercise 1-2 time(s) a week if you have never exercise for a long time or 3-4 times if u exercise regulary. (this is hard!!) 5. Arrange with friends who wants to shed weights and who are determined to exercise with you. Exercising for the sake of losing weights is really difficult, so u need encouragement, accountability and determination.
These are just some ways to lose weight.. But to be honest, at least 3-4 times of exercise is needed to shed off your weight if you are serious about it. Remember, you need to burn 7000calories to lose 1 kg.. So determination all the way!~ Lastly, i need to remind again.. Don't over work and under eat!! later u all become bamboo nt my fault ar..
