I hope by now you would already have calculated the amount of calories intake you need per day. haha..Today, i will touch briefly about what kind of food to eat before all the numbers..
When choosing between protein, carbonhydrates and fats..--> of cos fats are the most deadliest towards gaining that extra layer of meat around your tummy.. (oops...i guess i forgot this when i was munching on the ba gua)...So please take with CAUTION!! haha..try not to touch them as much as possible. but do not totally ignore them because you body needs certain level of fats. :)
To choose between protein and carbo, it is better to eat protein because you will lose all the protein(by poo poo-ing) that u intake if your body do not use up watever u take in. However, if u eat carbo, the excess unused energy will be convert into fats and being stored in your body for further use. That explains why all the feasting leads to big tummy..
Anyway, when people say that it is not good to go without food totally, there is a reason. When you do not eat, but your body still needs to function, your body will use the stored fats that you have and convert them into energy. However, by converting them from fats to energy will release toxic into your body. Thus the more you don't eat, the more stored fats are being converted, the more toxic are released into your body.
To the next part of the jian fei, exercise.. Hmmm, i muz say that whatever i had suggested, i had nv done it myself before, so....hee..shows how difficult jian fei-ing can be and how determined you need to be to jian fei..
Things you can do if you have no time to jian fei..
1. Take the stairs, both up n down, when going out n coming home.
2. Standing while in the train/bus and waiting for train/bus..
3. Do light exercises while watching tv.
4. Exercise 1-2 time(s) a week if you have never exercise for a long time or 3-4 times if u exercise regulary. (this is hard!!)
5. Arrange with friends who wants to shed weights and who are determined to exercise with you. Exercising for the sake of losing weights is really difficult, so u need encouragement, accountability and determination.
These are just some ways to lose weight.. But to be honest, at least 3-4 times of exercise is needed to shed off your weight if you are serious about it. Remember, you need to burn 7000calories to lose 1 kg.. So determination all the way!~ Lastly, i need to remind again.. Don't over work and under eat!! later u all become bamboo nt my fault ar..

Surprise Surprise!~ Today is the publication of JIAN FEI 1001..wahahaha.. After so long no motivation to exercise le..so bad!~ anyway, but still going back to train my front hand spring..anyway, been nagged by kat, oh..aka Emiko...new jap name, to post my jianfei1001..haha

I'll continue with how to calculate your daily requirement of calories... It is divided into gener and the intensity of your daily physical activities.
Men
18-29 Energy/ kg body weight

Light physical activity: Indoor sales person, office worker, housewives
Moderate: Teacher, outdoor salesperson, nurse
Heavy: Construction worker, labourer, athlete
So after knowing which group u belong to, look at the calories needed for per kg of your weight.
For e.g, Yukiko,age 22, is an office worker weighs 60 kg. (Yukiko is a girl's name in case anyone doesnt know..)
Therefore she needs 60* 32 = 1,920 calories to sustain her daily life. As mentioned earlier, ideal to to shed off 5-10% of your weight n maintain it before furthering your dieting. However, please note that Im NOT encouraging you to be under weight. If you are in the acceptable BMI, you do not need to lose weight. Just keep it there. If u juz wanna get off the extra fats in certain places like the tummy, exercise pertaining to the tummy would be better than what im telling you here.
OK, anyway, now that you know what is the daily intake of calories that is ideal, i'll teach you how to be manage your diet. But before that, please note that just eating less is not much help because it is not good for your body. If you want to diet healthy, your diet SHOULD include exercises as well.
Eg, Yukiko do light housework everyday after work for 1 hour. The energy used to do the light housework for one hour is 198calories. To lose weight gradually, you should create a deficit of 500cals/day.
Write this onto a piece of small card for yourself:
My current energy allowance = 1,920 (For Yukiko in this case)
My energy allowance from food for weight loss:
1,920 (ur energy allowance) - (500 - 198) = 1618
Therefore Yukiko is to keep to her 1618calories intake per day if she wants to lose weight.
In the next issue, I will tell you more about the different kind of food and their respective calories attached to them. haha..
Remember, progressive weight loss will ensure that body fat is lost instead of muscle and water. Till then, enjoy calculating!~

hello..hehe..am back.. din get into semi-finals for case competition..totally not upset.. because din put in much effort.. hehe.. bleh12.. anyway, y new me n blur me leh.. new cos i tryin to jian fei.. ahaha...shed off the fatty me.. but so difficult..

gerz, let me tell u..to get 1kg off, u need to burn 7000kcal LEH! it is best to start a diet with a goal to shed off 10% of ur weight, maintain it for a period of time, then another 5-10% of ur maintained weight.. hehe.. see i so nice to u all.. share all these secret leh..anyway, so a healthy way is to ....hmmm..dun write everything in one blog..lidat then u all who wanna jian fei will come back my blog find me.. ahaha.. but roughly is about 1/2 - 1kg per week.. not more oh!~ not good for ur body.. dun starve.. and muz exercise... ok.. all others later on..ahaha...
anyway, y blur.. iyo..cos recently duno why i buy stationery all will disappear.. within one hour of my purchase of a pen from kinokuniya, it disappeared.. so sad.. so ex loh..5.70 leh! duno how i can do that.. anyway, bought a highlighter today.. n i haven even use it i come back hostel find it gone as well.. i realy pei fu myself.. haiz....
anyway, tmr got test.. so not going to tok much..ohya.. i love WU ZUN n ELLA!! but then i dun like hana kimi de ending.. i hope got hana kimi 2 loh.. haiz..
lastly, wow.. so many things to update u guys abt.. ahaha.. im joining STARDUST!! ahaha... itz a singingcompetition la.. ahaha.. so fun leh.. next week is audition.. hope..really pray i can get into semi-finals.. if not my 8 bucks lidat very wasted le leh..

Wahaha..today went fish n co with jw.. hehe..yummy leh.. so nice.. of cos i did sth illegal in my mummy's eyes.. i ate... muahaha.. dun tell better.. anyway, i got a recious moments notebook..wahhaa..so nice..and a pair of earrings.. n Kai Ling gave me rocher!! yea!! so nice.. im so happy today.. i went to watch the liang zhi qiang's movie..wahaha.. germit and fann so super duper funny loh.. i give 5stars!!!@! yeah.. n i got a new wallet so nice!!! still from ozozo..very nice loh.. wah.. so happy.... so nice to have bday n vday..
wahha..somemore new yr coming le!~ everyone!~ happy Valentine's DaY!!! wee!~ Kai Ting is very high nw.. hehe.. yeah.. since it is Valentine's day, juz wanna tell all of u... I lovE yoU!!!!
